Active Electronics was the retail sales division of Future Electronics with 18 brick and mortar locations across North America and include an on-line presence and Business to Business (B2B) Direct Mail Catalogue.
Mr. Seidman was employed by Future Electronics in the capacity of Strategic Product Manager and was responsible for a $20m product portfolio and a team of Product Specialists who were responsible for their respective areas of expertise.
Agronomic Growth Industries (AGI) developed and commercialized a proprietary granulation process.
Mr. Seidman was engaged by AGI where he was responsible for the development and management of AGI’s IT strategy and the creative support and management of AGI’s marketing requirements.
Airborne Clean Energy (ACE) developed a proprietary and environmentally responsible process for the treatment of sulphur based emissions from coal fired, SAGD and other fossil fuel facilities.
Mr. Seidman assumed the role of Vice President of Corporate Communications. In this capacity, Mr. Seidman was involved in all aspects of the corporation’s business with a focus on business development, investor and public relations, resource management and information technology. Additionally, Mr. Seidman was a key member of the team that submitted and led projects through the U.S. Department of Energy with funded initiatives involving environmental and business development for new coal fired facilities.
Aristos Energy developed a proprietary and economically superior process to sweeten sour gas.

Artmetco is a custom contract manufacturer of high-quality, high-precision sheet metal products for Canadian and US markets. With experience in diverse sectors such as medical, telecom, gaming and hi-tech – producing panels, chassis, cabinets, components and enclosures. Mr. Seidman has assisted Artmetco to identify and strategically pursue business opportunities in new industries.
Artmetco Data Solutions combines out of the box design creativity, top-notch engineering, state-of-the-art manufacturing, global logistics and unmatched service to eliminate pain points for Fortune 500 data center management and staff including, but not limited to, Black Rock Financial, UPS and Verizon Wireless.
Canadian Beef Bacon Corporation (CBB) is more than just a producer of a delicious food product; CBB is a solutions company that has worked with the Alberta government and Beef Information Centre to create a new high quality beef bacon product. CBB maintains key relationships with distributor and manufacturer partners who maintain a state of the art federally inspected production facility.
Mr. Seidman was engaged by the Canadian Beef Bacon management team to assist with the development of a business plan and related documentation in support of financing initiatives.
Cleancut Technologies developed a process to treat cuttings from off-shore drilling platforms.
Mr. Seidman was engaged by Cleancut to produce a business plan and secure necessary seed capital and industry partners.
City Wide Dental Networks is an on-demand technology support company.
Mr. Seidman was engaged by City Wide to assist with a corporate restructuring project.
Originally named Earth Energy Resources, US Oil Sands (TSX-V: USO ) is a growth-oriented energy company focused on unlocking heavy oil (bitumen) production in the oil sands of Utah’s Uintah and Grand counties. The company has a 100% interest in bitumen leases covering 32,005 acres (50 square miles) of land in Utah, the largest commercial oil sands position in the United States. These leases contain a large resource base in excess of 180 million barrels of discovered petroleum which, when developed, will provide a significant benefit to Utah’s economy and help meet US domestic energy requirements.
Mr. Seidman was engaged by EER to develop a business plan for the corporation and to complete and submit applications for government funding programs.
MiFarm has developed a proprietary system and suite of supporting services that provides farm operators with access to real-time data that tracks and monitors various aspects of their on-farm stored assets. MiFarm allows the user to easily manage and maximize the security and value of stored assets including, but not limited to grain, dry fertilizer and other assets. Farm site activity and weather may also be monitored.
Mr. Seidman has been engaged as the President & Chief Executive Officer of MiFarm with a mandate to support the successful commercialization of the business and all aspects of the team.
Executive Suites by Roseman is the proud flagship brand of Roseman Corp., a three generation family-owned business that prides itself on exceeding guest expectations.
Mr. Seidman was engaged to redesign Roseman’s on-line presence and position the corporation for maximum targeted exposure. Mr. Seidman also worked with Management to refine the company’s message in support of a direct marketing campaign that targeted both new and existing clients.
A multi-billion dollar global player, Future Electronics is a world-class leader and innovator in the distribution and marketing of semiconductors, passives components, interconnect, solid state lighting and electromechanical products.
Mr. Seidman was the youngest member of the management team at Future Electronics. In the capacity of General Manager, Mr. Seidman managed a team of 75 and was responsible for North American sales. As a Strategic Corporate Product Manager, Mr. Seidman led a team of product specialists and was responsible for a $20 million product portfolio that served Future’s retail, direct mail and distribution sales channels.
Insite Solutions is an established, energetic, dynamic and innovative corporation that specializes in real estate services for the Telecommunications and Energy sectors.
Insite engaged Mr. Seidman to redesign the on-line presence for the company’s independent business units and position the corporation for maximum targeted exposure. Mr. Seidman also worked with management to refine the company’s message in support of a direct marketing campaign that targeted both new and existing clients. Finally, Mr. Seidman helped Insite incorporate technology into the business in anticipation of its continued growth and in response to the technical demands of Insite’s Fortune 500 client base.
Previously iVoxx, DirectVoxx is changing the way we access and control our media devices through the use of voice. DirectVoxx’s patent-pending media search algorithms are the core of their technology and are featured in their signature iPod/iPhone accessory product called the muso.
Mr. Seidman was engaged by iVoxx, in recognition of Mr. Seidman’s established industry relationships, to advise management and spearhead several corporate initiatives. These areas of expertise included, but were not limited to: contract manufacturing, distribution, sales & marketing, branding and finance.
Balanced Body Fitness (BBF) specializes in providing health & fitness services to individuals, groups and Corporations.
Mr. Seidman works with BBF in a supportive role with a focus on Business Development, Client Communications, Information Technology and Operations.
Mr. Seidman also works closely with BBF founder & President, Kimberly Rothenberg, who is a lululemon Ambassador to develop and market various programs and community initiatives.
Rothenberg Capital Leasing is a member of the 30 year old Rothenberg Group of Companies specializing in debt finance. Mr. Seidman launched and successfully grew RCL’s footprint in Western Canada where he was responsible for developing relationships with clients, vendors and funders.
With over 30 years of industry experience, Script Innovations has designed and developed an innovative, practical and economical solution that will provide pharmacists and technicians with a prescription preparation partner that will improve operational efficiency and allow for superior customer service.
Mr. Seidman was engaged by Script in the capacity of Chief Marketing Officer with a mandate to launch and position the Script brand and to develop both direct and indirect sales channels.
Mr. Seidman co-founded and ultimately sold ShopWireless.com, Canada’s largest and most successful independent eTailer of consumer and mobile electronics. Mr. Seidman was involved in all aspects of the business including marketing, product management, fulfillment, accounting, human resources, customer service and the management of strategic corporate alliances.
Sulphur Solutions (SSI) developed a process to eliminate impurities in off-spec sulphur. Mr. Seidman was engaged by SSI to produce a Business Plan and secure the necessary seed capital and industry partners.
Xcentia licensed a patent-pending process that was found to be extremely effective at extracting precious metals, base metals and toxic elements contained in the bottom ash and fly-ash by-products of coal combustion.
