Primary responsibilities of a Preston Seidman Business Development Advisor:
- Drive growth and revenue
- Actively solicit new business through a consultative sales approach to selling the full range of product and service capabilities to targeted accounts and prospects
- Identify and qualify leads, as well as, consistently close business on a monthly basis meeting required sales quotas
- Consult with clients, identify requirements and present information in easily understood terms
- Work closely with the internal team to ensure client needs are fully satisfied
