Primary responsibilities of a Preston Seidman Business Development Advisor:

  • Drive growth and revenue
  • Actively solicit new business through a consultative sales approach to selling the full range of product and service capabilities to targeted accounts and prospects
  • Identify and qualify leads, as well as, consistently close business on a monthly basis meeting required sales quotas
  • Consult with clients, identify requirements and present information in easily understood terms
  • Work closely with the internal team to ensure client needs are fully satisfied
